I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Commissions are not first come first served. I pick projects that I feel I can provide the best quality work on.

If I do not reach out to you within two weeks of your form submission, then it has been declined. You are welcome to submit it again once commissions re-open.

You hold the rights to your model and design.

Minor revisions can be made during the commission process. Major revisions or additions may result in an additional fee. I reserve the right to define what constitutes a "major" or "minor" revision on a case-by-case basis.

For Live 2D models, I can assist with setting up tracking and hotkeys after delivery, but not after you have begun using your model.

Commission prices are commercial unless otherwise specified.

Commission time ranges from 1-4 months. This is dependent on my availability and the project complexity.

Progress updates will be delivered on a weekly basis after work has begun unless otherwise specified.

Work must be credited permanently in a visible area of the user's primary social media platform while the model is in active use.

You may not alter any of the artist's work without receiving prior authorization.

Reselling and second-hand distribution of projects is prohibited.

Commissions will be sent as digital goods. No physical goods will be shipped.

A single invoice will be sent once your commission is accepted into my queue, and work will not begin on it until payment has been received.

Payment will be made through PayPal Business Invoices and sent in USD.

Payment will be made within 10 days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in cancelation.

Any payments made outside of the invoice payment period will be considered a donation.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement can be made to privatize progression of work for an additional 10% of the final order price. Model showcase releases will always be released upon model debut.

Rush/Priority orders may be available for an additional fee.

If you have a deadline for your commission, it must be communicated and confirmed before payment has been made.

Failure to respond to communications within 14 days may result in your commission being canceled without refund.

There may be up to a $100 USD cancelation fee if you request a refund after initial payment has been made but before I begin work on your commission. (to discourage rescheduling issues)

Refund requests will generally not be accepted once work has begun on your commission.

If I am unable to finish a commission, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work done and the current file will be sent so it may be continued by someone else.
